Hi,
One of my colleagues forgot his password and can't receive recovery passwords emails from you.
I already asked to our hosting service because I followed the solution you provide here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/atlassian-login-issues-833991866.html to put your domain in to whitelist but they said that there's no email from your domain.
If you’re not receiving password reset or verification emails from Atlassian.
Solution: If you’ve tried resetting your password or have just signed up and haven’t received an email within 10 mins your mail server may be blocking emails from mailer.atlassian.com
Check your spam folder for an email from noreply@mailer.atlassian.com
Contact your mail administrator to whitelist the domain mailer.atlassian.com
I tried do the same with my account and didn't get the email too.
So they asked me if you cand send them the log if they have the problem or it's yours.
