A member of my board can't login... she is told no account exists, when she tries to reset her password though, the email is sent to the email she's using to login. Vicious cycle, when she then tries to reset her password using that link, it tells her no account exists for that email.

Could she have used an alias of her original email address when she signed up for her Trello account? And is she trying to log in with the alias or with the original email address? If she can still remember her Trello username and password though, she can still log in to the account. Otherwise, this sounds like something the Trello Support team will need to take a closer look at.
