Can't find Slack channel

Hi

I'm trying to post a message in a specific channel when a card is added to a list with a specific label. But it can't find the Slack channel? 

Any clues on what is wrong?

Hi Kristian,

To be able to find the channel you wanna use to trigger your rule, you must be a member of the Slack channel. Otherwise, you won't be able to find it on the list of Slack channels when creating your Butler rule.

Join the UX channel (I believe this is the one you're trying to add this rule to it), refresh the page, and try searching for it again. That should do the trick.

I attempted the same process for DMs by using my Channel ID instead. However, it indicates "Channel not found." Please refer to the screenshot for details.
