Can't access a board I am admin of

I have been admin of a board, however when i try to access the board it asks me to request access?
There are no other admins of the board therefore the board now seems to be stuck in limbo.

 

Any advice would be welcomed!

I noticed that you submitted your question using a different email address. The account I mentioned above is the admin for that board and should have no issues logging in and accessing it. Could you please confirm if you are using that account?

Looks like someone invited my old account, thanks for spotting that Alisson. I'll dig out that password and log in with that account.

I am logged in into my account, but the message is "the board is closed. Only admins can reopen it"

This board was inside a workspace that was deleted, deleting a Workspace is permanent and there is no undo. Boards within the Workspace won’t be deleted. Instead, your boards in this Workspace will be closed. You can find and reopen closed boards by visiting https://trello.com/my/boards.

You will be required to select a Workspace for the board when reopening it, and you can only reopen a board if you were an admin of the board.

Can you create a new workspace and check the View all closed boards? The board should be there and you will be able to reopen

@Alisson Sartor , please can you help me with a query similar to the ones above.

When I logged in with my existing account details it asks me to "request access" to the boards that I am admin of and I have none of my usual boards or workspaces there. It seems like a new account has somehow been created with the same email address. I get the email request for access as seen in the attachment, but when I log in with that same email address I can't see or access any workspaces or boards.

My colleagues are able to login in as usual as see me as a user etc. but with a different username.

 

Please help!
