Can I order rules by priority? Or instruct Trello on how to deal with conflicting rules

Similar to my previous post, I'm still struggling with this setup.

 

Trello only seems to apply one rule if there are two that are conflicting, but there seems to be no way to re-order them, or a warning/notification that there has been a conflict?

 

EXAMPLE:

when a card is added to the board by anyone, mark the due date as incomplete, and set due date in 7 days

when a card is added to list "Shopping list", mark the due date as incomplete, and move the due date to the same day next year

 

I have many lists on the board, I want all except 'Shopping List' to have a due date of 7 days.

I created these 2 rules, but everything, including 'Shopping List' receives a 7 day due date.

 

Any help please?

@Matt Butler you'll need to add a filter to your first rule "when a card not in list "Shopping list" is added to the board..."

Just select the little funnel icon to filter out the specific list:
