Just wondering if anyone can provide advice on what the general lead time is for Business Class to be activated. Our CFO signed and submitted a Trello contract & order at the start of July 2020 and we are still waiting to be upgraded (Sept 2020).
It shouldn't take that long!
How did you order Business Class? If purchasing via this page, it should be pretty quick.
I would check first which Team you were updating to Business Class (esp. if you have multiple teams) - and see if Business Class is activated for it.
To check this:
If it isn't active, I would contact Trello Support - select the button "Ask Trello Support"
