Big Picture Power-Up doesn't respond

Hi! 

I have a board shared with my workspace. We've added Big Picture to be able to have a Gantt chart for our board. The problem is that only two of us are able to see it as the rest of the team aren't able to open Big Picture. They allow Big Picture to use the permissions and it doesn't work. It keeps asking to allow permissions again and again... 

Is anyone else having the same problem? Have you found a solution for it?
