Best way to copy a card to another board only after a certain trigger like a label

Looking for the best way to copy a cards content to another board after a certain trigger like when it's had certain labels added.
Open to different trigger ideas and extra points if any updates to the original card will continue to copy over to the new board after this time!

Any trigger available on Trello automation can be followed by a copy action. Having proper naming standards for board name and listname helps. 

Copied cards bares no relationship with the original card exceed for the sourcecard variable which in turn you can use to create cardlinks but that alone does not synchronise updates between the two cards.
