Hi Atlassian Community,

I run an online tool store (More Information )and frequently launch new products, which requires coordination between different teams (marketing, inventory, customer service, etc.). I’m considering using Jira to manage these product launches more efficiently.

Could anyone share insights on:

  1. The best way to set up Jira for managing product launch tasks and timelines?
  2. Recommended workflows or templates for tracking product launch milestones and dependencies?
  3. How to integrate Jira with other tools we use, like Trello and Slack, for seamless communication?
