Hello.
I use Trello free for my own task tracking (helps a lot with my ADHD) but also to track tasks on an initiative I help organize.
I had several automations on and created (just to add users, listas or labels to cards on certain buckets) and now I can't manage them or find them anywhere.
The funny thing is, they seem to be semi-on from a different user (that is just a member) but incomplete.
where can I find my automations (rules) now? Asking because the interface on the board itself is not showing me more than a list add (that was showing inactive but still working)
Hi Manuel, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Administrative powers in Automation are only available on Premium Workspaces. As you're using a free Workspace, you'll only see the automations created with your own account by clicking "Automation" in the board menu and navigating through the Automation's left menu options.
I checked internally, and there's an account with many automations on one of your boards. That account seem to be general, and not related to a specific person. Maybe you had access to that account before and created the automations on that account. Let me know if you want me to send a password reset link to the email related to that account.
Otherwise, I suggest using a 14-day free Premium trial to allow you to see and deactivate other users' automations.
