How can I automate completed checklists and cards to move to a "Completed Tasks" list? I would also like to ask for ideas and suggestions on how to automate and evaluate completed tasks in a more organized and productive way. Thank you very much for the help.
@Lucas Yoshida to answer your initial question, you'll want to use a trigger for "when all checklists are completed in a card"
and then choose the action for "move card to __" and pick your completed list!
You can find the automation section by clicking hte lightning bolt at the top toolbar in Trello and then choosing "Rules". Then go to the "Create Automation" and "Add Trigger" and in the checklists section, you should see an option like the screenshot above.
Click the plue plus button at the end of the row and then you should see the "move card" action.
You can select the list you want to move to, click the blue plus button again, then save your rule!
