Attachement not showing

We are facing following errors in trello.

  1. When user login to trello then no attachment is shown in the dashboard you can see in IMG-1 in attachment.
  2. If we try to access attachment with its link then there comes an error "site cannot be reached (refused to connect)" see in IMG-2 in attachment.

We have checked in details with our firewall there is everything is working fine nothing is block in firewall but we are unable to access the attachments.

We also cleared cache cookies of the browser but the issue is same.

If we use any vpn like zenmate or browsec then the attachments are shown properly.
