My lfr@illinois.edu account has recently started asking for 2-factor authentication, but it is not sending me any codes.
I would very much appreciate some help here.
Indeed, I made a second account using my gmail to even send this question, as I cannot seem to authenticate.
I am noticing that I remain logged into my primary Atlassian tool, Trello, on several devices. Though, when I sign in on a few, I am denied access. I have also recently attempted to integrate Slack with Trello, but this request is also rejected due to my lack of ability to pass the 2-factor authentication.
Some guidance would be appreciated.
you have checked your spam/junk folder, right?
If you have, This sounds like a technical issue. You'll want to use that specific option to report this to Atlassian on this page.
Some of the options will bring you back to this community forum, so make sure you select the correct one that lets you submit a ticket directly to Atlassian.
I've heard of something called account suppression. I can't say if that's what's going on, but, if it is, they can fix that, or help you drill to the root of the problem.
