I tried to submit a support ticket through contact/help but I'm not seeing a submit button. There doesn't seem to be a way to actually send it. Since I wasn't able to send it, I emailed support@trello.com but got an auto-reply saying that email address isn't being monitored anymore and to use the contact page. I tried again but still can't send my request. I can select a topic and type in my question but that's it. There's no send or submit button. What am I missing here? And how can I get support?
You can share your question here to the Trello community (unless is featuring private data). It seems that for the free plans you can't not raise an issue. I have used this link:

And I selected Technical issues and the product name.
After raising your ticket you should receive an email.
Thanks so much for your reply! I do have a paid plan, so I'm not sure what the issue was with not being able to submit my ticket. However, I did what you suggested and used the technical issues option and was able to submit. Thanks again!
