Just a quick note to let you know, if your card got archived, no worries! You can easily bring it back by unarchiving it. Just take a peek at the archive section - it's located on your right side menu under "Archived items". You might just find your work waiting for you there.
On the other hand, if the cards or files got deleted, it's a bit of a different story. I really wish I had better news, but once something is deleted, we're unable to bring it back. I know how frustrating that can be, and I'm really sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
