Could you provide more details about the issue or share a screenshot of it? Does it occur on every card/board or only specific one(s)? 

I suspect you refer to the Activity section on a card back (for example, as shown in a screenshot of this article at https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/editing-cards/). Each user can either select the "Show details" or "Hide details" option. 

If someone doesn't see activities, please ask them to select the 'Show details' button next to the Activity header.
