After switching the Trello login system to Atlassian.com, an old, unused Trello account from 2013 suddenly appeared on my login email address, and I can no longer access my active Trello account from 2023 which used the same email address.
How can I get the 2023 account working again? Both accounts used the same email address.

Trello accounts can't have the same email, I believe you are logging on a different account.
Could you please share a link to one of the boards from the account you're having trouble logging into (2023)? With that link, I can check the system for the associated email, which may help you regain access. You can find the kink through your starred links, browser history, or any boards you may have shared with other users. Thank you!
