After changing email all images on boars unavailable and any new image I load is also unavailable

Hello community,

As the title states really! All my images are showing a blank white thumbnail and I can't open them in a separate window, I get an "Internal Server Error" message.

 

Any help much appreciated!

Hello William, 

I have some follow-up questions:

  1. Have you cleared your browser's cache and cookies since the email change? This can sometimes resolve issues with loading content on web applications.
  2. Could there be an issue with the permissions of the images after the email change? Are the images shared with your new email address correctly?
  3. Can your collaborators see the images on the boards, or is the issue isolated to your account only?

Hi Stephen,

I cleared the cache and cookies and this seems to have done the trick!
