We just got approved for a non-profit rate, however no one has contacted us about how or if we have use of an admin portal. Additionally, my work account is still showing up as free. I should be the person in charge of the admin account and don't know how to access or add people. Can someone please contact me?

If you have been approved for the non-profit rate then you should be able to see that in the billing tab of your workspace.
Select the Workspaces dropdown in the header
Select the Workspace
Select Workspace settings then Upgrade Workspace
Scroll to the bottom of the chart to see the total cost for your Workspace
