Adding a new member

Hey there,

I've been unable to add new members to my board for several weeks now

However, we haven't reached the maximum number of people (currently 4/10) and the clean-up of former members has been completed. Unfortunately, Trello tells me that the total number of users has been reached.

does anyone know if this is a glitch? or can they help me?

Hi Lila-Mai,

Welcome to the community!

Free Trello workspaces have a limit of 10 members total for the entire workspace. It's possible you've already reached that limit, even if individual boards have fewer than 10 members.

How to check your workspace member count:

1. Go to your Trello workspace.
2. Click the workspace name (top left).
3. Select "Members".
4. You'll see a list of all members.

To remove a member (only workspace admins can do this):

1. Click on the three dots next to their name.
2. Select "Remove from Workspace".

We only have 6 members currently on our board.  I am unable to add an additional member to our board.  Any assistance in problem solving this would be greatly appreciated.
