Add a member to a card from app phone by writing to the member?

Alejandro Cifarelli April 13, 2024

Good evening, I leave you a question, is there no option to add a member to a card from the cell phone app by typing the member or using the keyboard? For example in some applications with the @ you can select the member. I await your response, and thank you very much!

Hi @Alejandro Cifarelli

Do you mean...

  • Add members to a card?
    • If yes, from within a card, select the Members field
    • Click to select users (a tick will appear next to their name)
    • Press the "x" to move back to the main card view
  • @ mention users?
    • If yes, you can do this in the comments section
    • Typing "@" should bring up users to select from

...or, are you trying to do something else?

Hello, thank you very much for your response Stephen.
As you say, in comments you can mention with the @. My question was if there is no way to do the same in the name of the card to be able to add a member or even be able to, for example, write "tomorrow 10am" and have it automatically generate the expiration date, as for example happened in todoist

Hi @Alejandro Cifarelli

Not that I've seen - although it might be possible using Automation?
