My Activity power-up has stopped functioning on my cards and I am not able to see times I recorded in the past. I have searched for other resolutions and tried clearing my browser cache on two different browsers. I can't find a way to contact Activity power-up for support. Anyone know?

Hi Nicky

This is Vishaal from the Trello Team!

I want to share some insights we've gathered. In the past few days, we've received over 10 reports mirroring your experience with the Activity power-up. This prompted a deep dive into the issue, and we've identified that the Activity Power-Up is indeed not functioning as expected. The challenge here is that this Power-Up is developed by a third party, meaning its data storage and management are beyond Trello's direct control.

We've tried to reach out to the Power-Up developer at the provided contact (ck@chkt.one), but unfortunately, there's been no response. This lack of communication leads us to believe that the developer might have discontinued support for the Power-Up. As a result, we've had to moderate its availability, removing it from our Power-Up store.

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially concerning the loss of your logged hours. Since this data is hosted on a third-party server, we at Trello are unable to retrieve it for you. This limitation applies to all third-party integrations on our platform.

While we typically refrain from endorsing specific alternatives due to the inherent limitations of third-party tools, you may find the Activity Timer Power-Up a viable option for your needs. You can explore it here: Activity Timer Power-Up. However, I do recommend taking the time to browse through our Power-Up directory to ensure you find the best fit for your requirements.

Do let me know if you've more questions. I'd be happy to help.

Vishaal, if there's any way that you can reach the developer for a solution, a lot of us are really in a nightmare scenario having lost a lot of valuable timers with hundreds of hours unaccounted for.

Hey CJ,

We fully grasp the challenging situation you're facing and empathize with the inconvenience caused by the loss of valuable timers and unaccounted hours. Rest assured, we are actively collaborating with the developer and engaging our internal teams to resolve this issue. While we are making every effort to restore the powerup, please be aware that there are external dependencies that might influence the timeline.

We're hopeful to have a fix implemented in the next couple of days. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Excellent. I actually checked on it today and the power up is back and now all of my timers are back too!!! Thank God.

Hey @CJ

Our Team is working with the developers of the Powerup,  I'm afraid, the lack of response from the original developer has significantly hampered our efforts. Since we didn't have enough support from the original owner of the power-up, we decided to moderate the power-up.
