I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out because I've encountered some difficulties in contacting Trello support directly, and I thought it might be helpful to seek advice from the community here.
Our team began utilizing Trello in March 2023, and we opted for an annual subscription for 8 workspace members, paying the fee upfront. However, our team dynamics have changed since then, and we now have only 3 members in our workspace. With our subscription set to expire in two days, I have a couple of questions regarding our current situation:
1. How can I determine the remaining balance on our account, considering the reduction in workspace members from 8 to 3?
2. In the event that there is a remaining balance from the removed members, would it be advisable to cancel our subscription, or should we continue with the current arrangement until the balance is utilized?
Ideally, I would prefer to cancel the subscription while still making use of any existing balance until it is depleted. Any guidance on how to proceed in this situation would be greatly appreciated.
