You can do this from several locations!

Homepage:

• Go to your Trello home-page, and upgrade a Workspace using the button in line with the name, or the free trial link when you open a Workspace's settings list

Settings:

• From the home page, open the Workspace's settings list on left hand side
• Select Settings from the list
• Upgrade using the button in the middle of the page, or the button in the bottom-left corner

Workspace Settings:

• From the Settings page above, click Workspace Settings in the left-hand menu, and select Upgrade Workspace
• Choose Premium (or Standard) and follow the steps to upgrade. You can also contact sales in relation to Enterprise from this page

Navigate to your Trello homepage and look for YOUR WORKSPACES, there will be a purple button with Upgrade there:

 

Click on the button, then continue from there.
