I have been using Trello for many years. One of my boards has 10 users, just for that one board. With the recent changes, I decided to buy a $60 membership. However, when checking out, that $60 was multiplied by 12. Is that correct? It seems very unreasonable. Is there a better option for us? If not, we will definitely leave the platform.

You are billed for all workspace members and multi-board guests in your workspace. If those 10 users are only one board, then you can remove them as workspace members (i.e. they can remain as guests on only 1 board). That way those users will not be billed. This page has details on how to remove them: 

1. Go to the Members page on your Workspace

2. Find the collaborator you want to remove in the list and click on the Remove button

3. Click on Remove from Workspace

4. Once you’ve removed them as a Workspace member, you’ll need to remove them from the other boards in your Workspace
