Urgent Help Needed: Workspace Issue

Hello Trello Team, 

I am Simran, I just got the mail that all of my boards are closed and I lost all the access within seconds! 

I was introduced to trello in my last job, I loved it so much I decided to create my own boards, I have been using these from last 2 years and all gone in few seconds! WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION! 

My entire workspace is deleted as well! 

I have tired reopening it but it doesn't work out! I request you to urgently look into this please

I am in the same boat. My one workspace attached to my one email account has vanished and I am not receiving my verification codes to be able to log back in. It says I must use a verification app if the 6 digit code has not been sent to my phone . Please help. I am pulling my hair out with all that I have lost access to

Can somebody from Atlassian respond to this very worrying issue, as it would be a disaster if this happened to me so I’m considering moving to Notion.
