There is no dump of the certification questions for two reasons.

1. Each exam is different, selecting from a large pool of questions.
2. Each person that takes an Atlassian certification exam signs a form agreeing to not reproduce the exam questions.

At https://university.atlassian.com you can take free training courses that will include some sample questions to give you and idea if the types of questions that might be asked. And there is a certification preparation course that will include other resources that you should review in addition to the training materials. Also, you should plan to set up your own product subscriptions to get as much hands-on experience as possible.
