As we begin to plan our yearly goals for 2025, it’s crucial that we align on what success looks like for those goals. Running this play will help us clarify our objectives, identify meaningful signals that indicate progress, and establish concrete measures to track our outcomes.
By defining these elements together, we can ensure everyone is on the same page and has a clear understanding of how their work contributes to the larger picture.
