Roadmap - filter settings

Hi,

I just noticed that the roadmap status filter that I used earlier to filter out the "Done" epics aren't remembered. As done epics dont have any value for me, I would like to set a default filter value or that Jira remember the latest roadmap filtering.

How do you see on this issue?

Roger :-)

Hi @Roger

This isn't possible yet I'm afraid - there is an open suggestion to include this which you can vote/follow - see JSWCLOUD-17996

There is a workaround:

  1. Go to your Next-Gen roadmap and filter the statuses to those you want to include
  2. This will modify the URL to specify inclusions/exclusions - so copy the current URL with the filter applied
  3. Add this URL as a side-bar shortcut (click "Add Item" on the left-hand bar) in Jira, or as a bookmark on your browser

It's not ideal but given you can include the URL on your Jira project side-bar, its a relatively good workaround for now :)
