Hi,
I've been trying to set up a limited access user accounts for our external developers, who I want to see tasks assigned to them, but I failed to find a way to do so.
My company is using Jira Cloud Team Managed projects with Scrum board, backlog and standardized set of issue types.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this setup?
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Radek
Hello @Radek Novák
What you need is issue-level security and this is not possible on next-gen projects
Here is a request for this feature
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-18843
Here is a guide on how to do it, but it can be achieved only in classic projects
BR, Olga
Thank you, @Olga Videc,
this is not what I wanted to hear, but at least I know what do do now :)
As an workaround I created a separate "classic" project and set up the requested security there.
Best,
Radek
