I spend a lot of time ensuring my backlog is prioritised for my team. Usually, the work is completed in order, but every now and then tickets are skipped - usually based on skill/experience.
When tickets are moved from one column to another, the rank is completely screwed and I am required to reprioritise my backlog each morning so that my testing team is completing work in the correct order.
How can we sure rank is maintained, regardless of how/when tickets are moved from column to column in the kanban view?
