We are in the process of deciding whether to use Slack or Stride. The biggest problem that I have with Stride and the main barrier from picking it over Slack is that it appears when the 30 day trial expires you lose all ability to administer the site (the Admin menu item disappears). If want to change something on the site or, more importantly, remove or deactivate a user, I see no way to do that. Are there any administrative features that are in the free version?
In the free version of Stride it is possible to manage all users through the admin portal. You will be able to:
Simply navigate to https://example.atlassian.net/admin/users in your browser, or click on Settings in Stride's global navigation bar, select the Admin tab and then click View all admin settings, to get started.
