Problem with video conferencing

Hallo, I have an issue with the video conferencing function of stride. Via the computer it works fine. Additionally, Stride provides a possibility to dial in from a mobile phone or landline into the conference. It shows on the screen that this number is now in the conference. But I can not hear anything on the phone. Can anyone help here?
