I was able to download Stride apps...why am I not able to log in?

I downloaded the Windows, Mac an iOS apps, however I am not able to log in.
Is this happening for anyone else?

I ran into the same issue when setting up an Early Access test account. It took a ticket with Atlassian support to find out that the account used to setup the instance is not a member of the stride-users permissions group. They then gave me a secret URL (secret because it wasn't mentioned during setup or in the setup confirmation email) to login as the Admin to set the permissions.

Probably a silly question, but did you get invited to the Early Access Program? 

If yes, you should reach out to Support. I'm not aware of sign-in issues but if there is something specific to your account then they will be able to help you!
