I can't find my URL to get support with my Stride App Edited

Every time I download the Stride app the image below appears. I am already a part of a stride team. My Director sent me 2 invitations and I accepted both and started the app download from there, but no luck. I also tried to start the app without an invitation from the Stride website, but it is still not functioning properly. I have a Mac IOS computer, and the app seems to be unresponsive, it will not let me logout, or even quit it without force quitting the app. I have tried to contact support, but I can't find the correct URL to receive support I need. I don't know what to do...

Hi Chels, 

My first thought is that you're not able to log in due to some browser caching.

Could you let me know what happens when you do the following?

  1. Open an incognito browser
  2. Navigate to
  3. Log in with email + password
  4. In the same incognito browser, navigate to
  5. This should let you successfully log into Stride’s web app:

If you are still unable to log in, the article below provides some additional steps you may want to try:

I am not having a problem logging in... I follow those steps and it brought me to the website version of stride, and I was able to log in successfully as usual. The problem is that when I download the app, it is not working

The app works perfect on my phone, but not my laptop..
