All our users are complain about the same thing. New messages need to be highlighted better. We are using the desktop app if that makes any difference. Any once else have the same issue?
Bigger and perhaps flashing badges. maybe the option to have a popup etc... lots of different ways but currently all users have the same issue they don't notice new messages and miss them
