Could you specify which platform you are on? Push notification depends on the OS configuration.

I was able to get the sound working on my end with Windows 7 without any configuration. Taking a step back, are you getting a push notification and is your sound working correctly?

We did had similar issue on the past notification isn't working correctly  for multiple version of Windows eg. 7, 8 and 10 but it was resolved since.

Could you provide the Windows 7 Build OS and the version of Stride?
