I set up a test instance of Stride coming from HipChat and inadvertently named the instance with the word 'test' in the url. I'd like to remove the word 'test' from our site url, is this possible? I did not find this under admin or under admin settings for Stride.
Unfortunately it is currently not possible to change the name. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STRIDE-1509 for more information. You can vote and watch this ticket to be up to date with updates. Overall you can try to reach Atlassian support. Maybe it would be possible using that channel.
