What does a transparent company culture mean to you?

Being open and transparent as a company can often come off as aspirational buzzwords, instead of a way of being.

What does it mean to build a truly open, inclusive and transparent company culture? We spoke with Ryan Vanni of the design firm Bukwild about his journey and what he did to promote openness on his teams. He talked about balancing the needs and wants of employees with the demands of the business. He also shared about his own struggle with alcoholism and how being open about that strengthened his team and the company culture.
