Search does not work

I use the Stride app at work to message everyone in my company. I have no trouble with the app for the most part, but searching does not work. I can enter a simple word such as "the", and it still won't find anything. Please help!

Did you try the message search history here?

If yes, weren't you not receiving the expected output of your search (in this case, the word "the"?)
