discrepancy in subscribers

i am looking to implement statuspage.  i have been looking at how the subscribers section works.  i notices it shows 5 of 25 subscribers in use, but  below it shows only two active and zero quarantines and unconfirmed.

 

does statuspage keep old subscriber counts?  if i delete an email, does it keep it in the count?

Thanks for writing into Community, I'm Talar from the Atlassian Statuspage support team, happy to help!

The count at the top would be the total of all the subscribers you have on the page - so a combination of all email, SMS, Slack or Webhook subscribers. 

It should not be counting any that were removed. If you have no SMS, Slack or Webhook subscribers, please log a ticket so we can investigate further.
