Zendesk Support Statuspage App API Response Error

Hello Everyone,

We have installed the Statuspage app for Zendesk support. The application works fine when using the Zendesk test page: https://test1282.statuspage.io/

However when we link it to our status page, the app will not display the notifications and or the page. It will just return :The response received from the API is in an invalid format.

 

Not sure what to do here.. Any assistance would be helpful.

I had to put in a ticket with zendesk support as it was on their end. They had to fix an issue they had found in our zendesk environment. Not sure what the issue was as zendesk did not offer the details. They had it fixed within a few days.
