Tracking fields on the custom footer

Hello,

I have a custom footer with some form to submit by the user.
I wanted to capture these form field values once the user clicks on the submit button.

I wanted the team help in where can I submit the values and how can it be tracked in the admin page.

Hi @Prabhu B ,

You can use custom Javascript to capture form data and send it to an external endpoint, but there is no way to view that data directly on the Statuspage admin screen.
