Hello,
I have two questions about statuspage using linked to security.
If a crash server or other problems occured in statuspage service :
- The restart service needs how many times : Maximum downtime in terms of working days or hours ? Are they standards of security management ?
- Datas saved in the statuspage will be losed in crash server case or others problems disturbing the service ? In positive case, which quantity of datas will be losed in the statuspage (in terms of past working hours or days) : Maximum Data Loss in terms of working days or hours?
My organisation is health data host certified and needs to know these two critical informations.
I don't found answers in security pages : https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/security
Thanks in advance,
Sebastien.
Hi @Sébastien Fidèle ,
Happy to help!
-The service is hosted on the cloud and utilizes Failovers as a means of preventing downtime, and data is protected per the Security document here https://www.atlassian.com/trust/compliance.
-Engineering carries backups, so in the event of an outage, we would be able to assist in restoring the site. But again, this is hosted on the Cloud, so there are failovers in place to prevent an entire system crash. In the event you suspect something is happening, this would be the place to follow those issues https://metastatuspage.com/.
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions!
Hello Shivam,
Thanks for your return. I deduce thus there are not quantified commitment in terms of duration of intervention and data recovery.
I have another question about activity log in statuspage.
It is possible to see the actions of each admins but I would like to know if it is also possible to see connexions of each users/admins with dates and hour without them operating actions on the page ?
Thanks in advance,
Best regards,
Sébastien Fidèle.

Hi @Sébastien Fidèle ,
Statuspage will logs actions listed on this page https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/view-the-activity-log/, all of which are logged regardless of whether a user takes direct or indirect action on something on the site. Is that what you mean by your last question?
Please let me know, and I will follow up!
