Hi Leandro,

Any SAML provider should work with Statuspage. We've got ADFS-specific documentation here - although Azure AD differs from ADFS in capabilities, they are setup the same on the Statuspage side and you can use these instructions if you need to configure Statuspage manually in Azure AD.

Better yet though - Statuspage is in the Azure AD app gallery so you can readily set it up on the Azure side.

Let me know if you have any issues using the Statuspage documentation and Azure AD gallery app, and we can go from there!

Cheers,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

How do we setup ADFS for status page? i can only see Azure but not ADFS.

Hi @jarvis lely , welcome to the Community!

This answer is from a bit back (2018) but the basic information is the same. This Support documentation describes the basic steps for getting the URLs from Statuspage to add it as a relying party to any identity provider (including ADFS). With those details, you can add a new relying party on your ADFS and then paste the necessary target URL / certificate back into Statuspage.

Create a Relying Party Trust covers adding a new relying party inside ADFS itself. Plug in the details from Statuspage and you should be set.

One thing to note is that Statuspage only supports connections over TLS 1.2 - so you'll need to ensure that the ADFS server is reasonably up to date. TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.0 connections will be rejected by Statuspage.

Cheers,
Daniel
