Status Page Audience specific notifications

I have an audience specific page with okta integration. For all the groups I have allowed all subscription types in the subscriber settings. Specifically "Allow users to be auto-subscribed to every incident".  Users are not getting emailed when a new incident is created. I've verified the "Send notifications" in the Incident or Maintenance is checked. 

How do i configure users or allow them to subscribe by email so if a new incident is created they get auto emailed?

Hey @wworek ,

Thank you for your query! :D

Enabling "Allow users to be auto-subscribed to every incident" does not mean that all users will be auto-subscribed to every Incident automatically, it is just that they will have the capability to choose to be auto-subscribed to all incidents.

So for them to receive notifications for all incidents each user will have to hit Subscribe on the page and select all components to receive all their incidents.
