Reoccurring email notifications during incident

Is there any way to control the frequency that an email goes out to a subscriber? I haven't found anything in the documentation, but that could just mean I haven't looked hard enough.

Hello Travis,

This is Arumugam here, happy to help!

I understand that you would like to control the frequency of notifications you send out to your subscriber.

Unfortunately out of the box, we don't have an option to configure this setting. However, when you are creating an incident, you may choose to send notifications to your subscribers or not. During different transition states of an incident, you may toggle the notifications ON or OFF, depending upon your use case, and based on that notifications will be triggered.

Here are some notifications for your reference:

Screenshot 2 - Shows the checkbox that you can enable or disable at the very bottom of incident.
