We have a single centralized Statuspage, but multiple de-centralized Slack Workspaces.
With the capability to integrate only with a single Slack URL, it limits our ability to only integration automation within 1 of our slack workspaces.
Slack 1 - Systems Team
Slack 2 - Cloud Security Team
Statuspage contains a single statuspage for all services across all teams.
We can only create automation into one of the slacks.
Is there a way to integrate both workspaces that aren't centralized? or is there a future plan to allow for multiple webhooks into Slack?
Hi Francisco, welcome to the Community!
At the moment, using the the RSS Feed is the quickest way to get notifications into multiple Slack instances. On your Statuspage, you can get the RSS feed for your page.
On the Slack side, you can use the RSS feed app to subscribe to the Statuspage. If you've already got the app installed in your workspace, it's just a quick
/feed subscribe (your statuspage feed url)
This will net you notifications like this:
Cheers,
Daniel
