Every night we are rebooting our desktop servers to keep everything running so we can work from home during Covid-19. This means remote access to our desktop estate is unavailable every night from 8pm to 9pm.
Just wondering if there was a way I could schedule this in rather than adding a new status every day?

There isn't a way to schedule a recurring maintenance in Statuspage. We do have something similar at Broadcom with our WSS product and the way I worked around this was to add a custom message at the bottom of the page (in a red banner):
