Is it possible to update the status for more components at once?

Hello,

I'd like to ask if there is a way how to update the status for more components at once/mass update? We have more than 40 components. When we want to change the status of the incident and also components' statuses, we have to edit them manualy one by one.

If there was a posibility to update the status for whole group or some option to check more components and do one action for all checked components (such as the function in email), it would be great and we would appreciate it so much.

Thank you.

Hi Tomas, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Nick from the Broadcom team, long-term Statuspage customer.

There isn't a way to bulk update multiple components. The quickest way would be to create an incident, then select the components and change their statuses from the dropdown.

You could automate this by using the API but that would require a bit of work.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Nick
